Nexus Disposal

During Waste Expo 2024 I was hired to work on a LEGO mural for the convention. I met Steven, the owner of a private garbage collection company called Nexus, from Texas. This later turned into a project to design 2 model kits based on their main garbage trucks as Christmas Presents for their employees. A rough cost per kit was established with requests of basic features for both. The standard garbage truck had to be able to use its forks, lift a garbage container, and dump it. The vehicle also had to be minifig scale and as accurate as possible to their model without being overly complicated to build. Both trucks were designed in roughly 2 weeks and sent to a tester for any Instruction or design issues. After a thumbs up from my tester I worked with a friend, Edgar Velazco, and together we designed the sticker that went on the box.
